 Calling on a diverse legal and business background, Jason Powell focuses on overseeing all legal, corporate and regulatory compliance for Secured Investment Corp. and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Prior to joining Secured Investment Corp., Mr. Powell served as general counsel for All American Corporation and American Containers Homes, Inc. and each companies respective subsidiaries. While working All American Corporation and American Containers Homes, Inc., Mr. Powell was responsible for all legal and corporate compliance for each company, including mergers and acquisitions, patent and trademark licensing, manufacturing agreements, construction agreements, leasing, and general corporate matters. Prior to that, Mr. Powell worked for Lukins & Annis, P.S., where he assisted clients with multimillion-dollar commercial real estate transactions and developments and facilitated the negotiation of significant financing packages, tenant-in-common structures, employee and independent contractor matters, mergers and acquisitions, documentation for real estate syndication deals, and licensing arrangements.
